Excellent food, sizeable portions, and friendly service. The menu has a lot to choose from, and the food is served quickly. The store is clean and well-lit, and the seating is not crowded at all. The bathroom was clean, and there’s plenty of parking. They accept cash or credit cards.

Look. I was skeptical of the quality of this place. Pecos is in the middle of nowhere west Texas. The town itself is very much your stereotypical boomtown. The building is one of the nicer buildings on the street and there is plenty of parking. When we walked in we were so excited to see a man, behind glass, just making dough. Just a man who loves his craft and does a dang good job at it. We order kung fu pow w/fried rice, steamed wontons dumplings, egg rolls- which yeah those were great BUT I love soup dumplings and they were so unbelievably good. I could have melted in a puddle of joy because those soup dumplings were so yummy. The only thing I wish is that I lived closer so I could go all the time.

Tried this place while I was in town and it was very good. The beef broth was a tad spicy for me but the flavors were so good and balanced the spice pretty well. Definitely recommend stopping here.

I got the mapo tofu and dumplings, my drink was milk boba. The tea itself was delicious but the boba wasn’t to my liking. It wasn’t tapioca, and if it was… well, the texture was off. Overall it was a great experience and delicious find in Pecos.

I never thought, especially in Pecos, I would be eating Chinese food this good. The General Tso is amazing with the right level of spice and sweetness. The green scallion pancakes are super crispy. 10/10 would Recommend this place, I’m considering driving the 4 hours back one weekend just to eat here.

Tried the food here on our trip to West Texas. The service is very good and they served our order pretty fast. The food is delicious. We tried Dry Fry Spicy Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, vegetable bao and Chicken Fried rice. All these items tasted very good. If you like spicy food, this place is a treat for your taste buds.

We found this great Vietnamese restaurant driving thru far West Texas from Carlsbad to Ft Stockton. The Ramen had wonderful flavor and a much bigger serving than I could finish. The fried rice was great, too. Wish I lived closer to try the dumplings. Hungry for more just writing this. I wish this new restaurant well.

Great service! Food was delicious. It says dumpling can take up to 15 minutes but we received the dumplings less than 10 mins. The Xiao long dumpling (soup dumplings) is a must try! They’re so good.
