I love the atmosphere here. The containers are nice touch to Taco Bell. I was weary ordering from here due to my last few experiences. But I was in the mood for Taco Bell. Fortunately, it seems they had a change of management. The past couple of times, I’ve been here. I had no issues ordering, the food was great, and there were no missing items. Completely night and day. It seems they FINALLY listened and changed management. And for that, I thank you.

For some reason this place keeps running out of the lava sauce. Also, if you find yourself visiting between 1pm and 3pm you might not find anyone home. It’s crazy! But when there is people there to take your order and you get the food you request, the place is good. But only when they’re home to take the order. Or at least put a sign up that says I’ll be back in blank minutes.

I place two orders separately and made me wait until the second order was done so when I received both orders the first order was very cold. I paid for two ice cold coffee, in time of pickup they told me they didn’t have non. They replaced them with other drinks instead of refund me. They made me wait for my order for over 45 minutes.

They don’t know how to count change and they never have any when I come. If they are out of something they will assume you want something similar and ring you up for it without letting you know. I asked for mild sauce and got hot. Well what do you honestly expect from people that can’t give you the correct change even when the register tells them how much to give you back? Ohhh what a world.

Was there yesterday a round 9p.m. (it s closes at 11) They said they weren’t taking orders because they had to prep food. 3 young ladies in there talking and laughing. Also restroom is for employees only, so if you have to go while eating there or waiting for your order good luck.
