The food was ready 10 minutes after ordering. The flavors were good, but the dish was cold at time of serving. The service could have been better. I approached the counter for a to go box and was not acknowledged until I announced myself.

Food was excellent! The chicken was real, juicy and tender unlike most places and had exquisite flavor! The veggies and rice followed suit! I work near so I’ll be a regular! Service could improve a bit however I own a business and they just opened so I understand it is hard to find help! So go, keep that in mind and enjoy the food

Saw the reviews and started not to go, I figured since it was new and maybe they were getting things straightened out I would give it a shot. Arrived at 11:30 and we were welcomed when we came in the door. The lady asked if we had any questions about the menu. The food arrived quickly and all orders were correct. Even my steak was med rare as ordered. Seats were still available at noon. Prices were 13.50 or so for hibachi steak and chicken , 2.50 for soup and it was a big bowl. Portions were very satisfactory. We will definitely be going back for lunch.

So appearances don’t always tell the accurate story of a restaurant. Sometimes the old beaten down facade is really hiding a gem. In this case, a shiny, clean and new restaurant is hiding mediocre food. There’s nothing special about the food here, in fact the hibachi is too oily, the shrimp overcooked, the unsettled stomach unnecessary.

Extremely slow service. It took 30 minutes to get a small take out order. They seemed to be rude as well. Small portions for the price. Food taste good though. Don’t go unless you have a lot of time to waste. Disappointing.

This is your basic hibachi fare. My husband and I both ordered the steak shrimp. The shrimp, rice, and veggies were good, however the cut of steak we received was very fatty. The atmosphere was nice and our service was quick. The also serve Raman and $3 daiquiris which we did not try.

The food is really good! The only thing is where they are new the employees didn’t know the toast pos system. I am missing my salad as well but it’s okay I get it. Will definitely be going back! So glad to have one in Winston!
