Whenever I come here I order the penne pasta without tomato chunks and sub with broccoli because the chunks’s texture freaks me out. Sadly, Everytime I order the crew at this location either keeps the tomatoes in OR removes the tomatoes and the SAUCE. So I will be going to a noodles further away because I know other locations will do what I ask and will ask questions if they are confused with the order.

I picked up my daughter from school today and of course she was hungry. I asked her where she wanted to go for dinner and she said Noodles and Company. We ordered from a polite young man and stepped aside to wait for our food. While we waited I watched. The team worked with effortless precision and they communicated flawlessly. They were busy, but not once did I hear impatience or stress in their voices or see it in their movements.

The store is actually quite good. the 3 star rating is given because of the online ordering system which never, ever works. Or should I say works right. I get confirmation that my order has been accepted, but then get to the store and they look at me dumbfounded. They were helpful with the “did you order from the correct store?” and “did you get email confirmation?” although it seemed a touch heavy on the sarcasm meter. After showing the cashier my email confirmation, for the correct store, they swung into action and got my order ready very fast.

Pad Thai mushy. Not informed that they were out of ALL diet soda when I ordered one. When I asked about it the cashier said “oh yeah” with no remorse. I have Noodles at various locations and this was a bad experience.

Most noodles locations are great and very friendly. However this one is anything but! All the food is poorly made with low effort and no care put into the orders. Also it costs noodles and company 64¢ to make a large mac and cheese yet they sell it for $7.52 after tax. It makes no sense why they charge so much for a simple Mac and cheese.
