The Juicy Crab® story starts long before the opening of the Duluth, Georgia, first corporate restaurant in 2015.
The Chen family’s inspiration ultimately came from New Orleans and the world travels of Grandfather Chen.
Grandfather Chen was a sailor who traveled the world learning many different styles and ways of cooking seafood.
One of the main influences that every family member loved was the New Orleans style of cooking seafood.
Today, Juicy Crab Franchise has over 40 restaurants throughout the United States and is a market leader in the seafood restaurant service market.

Went here with my mom and her boyfriend. They seemed short staffed but those working had great customer service and were adequately attentive to us with the amount of folks they had in the restaurant. Handled my parent’s requests very well (even though I think my mom could’ve been a little nicer, they were great). The food was great, too! Definitely well priced, too

Went with my family of four today and got sat fast. It wasn’t busy but it took them about 15 mins for someone to come say hello to us. Girl was very sweet and let us know that our server was doing something else so she was gonna take our drinks. Server never came so she went ahead and took our order. Ordered apps, drinks, kids meals for our kids but the “chicken nuggets” were just unseasoned chicken tenders cut into pieces. They ended up eating fries only. Server just came to the table to drop off the bucket and didn’t even talk to us. Food was good for my husband and I until we pulled out some napkins and about 10-15 ants came out from the dispenser. Had to go find the server that was “assigned” to us to let her know and all she did was move us to another table…no apology, no discount or nothing. I did not address it because it should be common courtesy as a server to make the situation right. Payed and left. We live down the street from this location but it’s not even worth it if you just feel like you bothering the server. I rather drive to the other locations ♀️

The service was STELLAR!!! The hostess Autumn was extremely delightful, accommodating and VERY pleasant. After we were seated Stephen our server greeted us with a warm welcome and great menu suggestions. He was VERY attentive. Our food was fresh, hot & DELICIOUS!! We will definitely be back.

Not complaining about anything but the 18% additional tax (disguised as a gratuity charge) added to our bill that we (2 of us) were not aware of until we received our check. We were not verbally told of the tax before we ordered or at anytime during our meal. There was no information on the menu for this additional tax to be added to our bill. After we questioned the charge, we were informed there was a sign on the door to inform their customer.

I had an excellent time at The Juicy Crab. I left feeling extremely full. The service from Shana was outstanding. The managers Shaye and Ron were very attentive and took the time to talk with me. The bartender, Lei-Leu, came over to check on my drink. The seasoning on everything was great. The food came out quickly and was the perfect temperature. The place is clean and spacious. I’ll be back

I will say that the food was good. However, I took issue with manager Kristie Terrazos. I ordered a drink with Tito’s with pineapple and cranberry. They charged me for each juice. Total was $12. When I go to way nicer restaurants, they do not charge me for each juice. Total is around $9. Even when I have gone to this restaurant, they did not charge me for each juice. I asked her to take off one of the juices, she did not. I see why they only had about 3 tables. It was not about the extra charge. But rather what makes sense. I paid about $65 for 2 people. One is a child. Please try the other seafood restaurants.

Our first time eating here. The food and service was good. They don’t season their fish, but they have salt, pepper, and sauces. We really liked the hush puppies and crab legs and shrimp combo.
