I LOVE McDonald’s ice cream sundae! Jumping in the car, driving through to get one every now and then – often with my grandkids getting one too – it was a great experience. Now, however, “our machine is broken” is what I’ve heard a half a dozen times. My grandkids have heard it too. These were not consecutive visits. This has been over the last few months. Plus, they have it blocked where you can’t get out of line once you hear the “our machine…blah, blah, blah.” What kind of business offers shakes and ice cream and yet can’t deliver on the products for months? This is a terrible business model. The manager needs to educate herself/himself on best practices for businesses. This location will never get my business again.

Bad service. The Lady, she maybe was the supervisor; didn’t want to take our order Sent us to the kiosks and the machine didn’t even take the payment, instructed us to go to the register to pay anyways, so what’s the point using it?? When confronted why Sent us to the kiosks, she stated it was just 2 of them and they were busy, WHICH WAS FALSE, as if we couldn’t tell their busy state. There’s no one in the drive thru and just 1 other customer beside us. So it’s obvious they were not busy!! And there was more employees there but just the 2 of them. So she just said whatever to get herself out. Bad service place!

The family and I came to visit this local McDonald’s to find beyond exceptional customer service from Estella, she was cleaning, taking orders, and making sure the play area was neat. We have had dinner here several times and none compared to today, it was very nice to see such a dedicated, hard worker, and great customer service with this Mcdonald’s employee. I definitely recommend if Estella is onsite.
