The food was excellent, once we finally received it. We had reservations for 6 o’clock on Saturday evening. A party of five. It took ten minutes before we were served water. Then the waitress disappeared for another fifteen minutes before asking us for our drink orders.

Service was so slow and it took forever to get our food. I work in the food service industry so I was trying to be patient and assumed it was a rough night for the staff but it got to the point where there was only three tables in the restaurant and we still waited an hour for our food. It took 15 minutes just for our server to talk to us and bring us waters. Then another hour for food. We were very close to walking out, and the table next to us did, but I was trying to give the wait staff the benefit of the doubt. I understand if your short staffed or kitchen is backed up, but if that is the case then say so, don’t just leave your customers hanging for an hour straight with nothing. Food was good but service was just terrible. It was my birthday and I was pretty disappointed to have such a poor dinner experience.

Went in on a Wednesday at 7:30 and half the tables were open, but they wouldn’t accept a to go order. So, can’t speak to the food, but not impressed with the business overall.

Service outdoors was exceptional! We didn’t care for the sushi rolls that we ordered. We’d like to go back and try other types, to tell the truth, we haven’t been there for years, until they have the outdoor seating. The tea was delicious and hot. We only tried to sushi rolls and there is so much more on the menu. When they open again I would definitely go back.
