The Carl’s Jr. location we regularly go to is always clean and the service is quick and friendly. The manager knows us and makes us feel welcome. The food is hot and tasty, and the prices are reasonable compared to other burger restaurants. The restroom is always clean (and very cold!). The self-serve drink machine is convenient since we don’t have to have our drinks refilled at the counter anymore.

The older gentleman who works the night shift is always kind and presents exceptional customer service. We live about 35 mins from this location, and although it is just “fast food”, whenever we’re in the craving for a backon western burger, we always make the drive to this location just for the service and freshly made food (by fresh I mean food that isn’t sitting under a heat lamp).

This is my favorite Carl’s Jr because the older Hispanic man Always get s the order right and it’s Always fresh he always makes sure to include condiments just in case you forget to ask and he’s very nice.

Worst customer service!! Never coming back here again. Drive thru was absolutely rude when I asked for condiments, so bothered that she kept having to turn around and grab the items for me instead of using her brain and just asking what I needed and grabbing them all. Was happy with this location. The price on the board compared to the price I paid was different. I paid $0.90 more than the price advertised. When I got my food…I was missing the fries and my burger was burnt. The store was busy at all so not sure why there was a rush that made my burger burnt and forgetting to give my fries. Not happy…never going back to Carl’s in any location again. Nothing positive to say for this location.

Be careful with custom orders. You ask for custom order, like no pickels and then they’ll give you extra pickels. And that’s just an example. Check before you leave the drive through. Worst Carl’s in the OC!

Once again the staff at Carl’s Jr. failed. They have the worst service of any fast food restaurant in the history of the world. I can’t remember the last time they actually got an order right. I will never again patronize this business.
