I enjoyed my lunch from Moe’s. I ordered nachos to be delivered to me and they made the nachos exactly how I requested them and the nachos tasted really good! I really enjoyed my experience.

The woman that was making our food was extremely rude, and short with myself and my child. She clearly hates her job and didn’t mind taking it out on the customers. She kept rolling her eyes, sighing, slamming utensils and cutting me off when I was giving her my order. Like I know that it cost extra please let me finish my sentence and stop talking over me. Normally I’d let it go but when I got the the register I was informed that it was the manager that was treating us that way. As a business owner myself I expect my managers to set examples for the rest of the staff! This behavior can reflect badly on the owners. I will be going to a different location or chipotle from now on!

Destiny at the register would be the only reason I would come back to this location, if anything. She was super pleasant, friendly, and greeted the customers. The other ones…. acted like someone made them come in today. Good customer service goes a long way. There’s plenty of places to eat in Tanger for the 40 I spent.. we chose here. Shouldn’t feel like you’re bothering people at work!

Moe’s used to be my go-to BYOB (build your own burrito). I’m done. I called out the burrito barista for shorting me a full scoop of protein, and she added a sticker for double meat. That was the last straw. No more Moe’s.

The prices are higher, and the variety of items is lesser. There were no olives, no corn salsa, and no cucumbers. The white meat chicken was dark and very dry. I was very disappointed in the quality and the variety of selections. It could have been an off day. It could have been supply issues. It could have been a new cook. It could have been stove/oven issues. Whatever the cause, I was not satisfied with my meal. The chips are really good, and I had to eat more as my “chicken bowl” formerly called a close talker was not impressive. If lunch for 2 is going to cost over $30, then the selection should be as usual, and the meat is edible. It will be a long time before I go back. And I miss the long decor. If your experience is better, then that is good. Enjoy!
