Great service very nice . Media noche sandwich had lots of pierna, ham and cheese. The kids burger is huge. Sancocho delicious. Beef milamesa great presentation but it was mostly bread.

We ate here twice in the last week. The food is good. I can recommend the grilled mahi-mahi and my family liked the Cuban sandwiches. Only get the special Cuban if you can eat 2 sandwiches because it is huge. The chicken noon soup is good too.

I came in for the first time to have dinner with a friend from my Church Ministry and was very disappointed. Mostly because the server Zoremy was not all welcoming and simply disinterested; actually disconnected! She didn’t give us silverware after serving the Avocado appetizer. Zoremy seemed rushed and very pressed-as if she was anxious to leave. I felt bad for her at first- but then I realized we were the patrons!!! No sincere interaction, just “going through” the motions. My soup even had to be reheated and we were not given the attention like you receive at a sit down restaurant. Moreover- it’s not as if we ordered 2 Cuban sandwiches and hurried out. Instead, our meal was over $70- NOT including the tip. The food was good but the overall experience of feeling like our server was “not present”- yet there; left us having regretted coming in! Before leaving- my friend discreetly and very respectfully spoke to a Manager about Zoremy’s lacking service standard. She was surprised to hear about our experience and not very empathetic. We find it hard to believe that in a Post COVID world-restaurants like Caribe aren’t valuing the public willing to patronize their establishment! NO BUENO!

Service is on par with eating at a federal prison. Food quality is average as long as you don’t order anything fried. Glass had red lipstick. You’re better off getting Publix food and eating at home.

If I could put zero star I would. I asked for the lamb shank and it was particularly cold, and vert slimy as if it was just cut from the actual lamb. My brother asked for a steak ( churrasco) and it tasted like actual plastic, had no taste at all. My dad was served palomilla and it was bloody while he asked with for well done. The only thing that was actually worth going was the service, lemonade and coffee expresso.

Ordered mofongo more like mofo NO! Had to be the worst I’ve ever had 25$ for 6 shrimp and a grainy mofongo like they used frozen tostones or something. The waitress noticed I left all of it and asked me if there was something wrong won’t order it again

Juan is an excellent manager who pushes forward the best restaurant experience. The service was fast and the food was excellent, highly recommend Latin spot for breakfast and lunch.

I ordered congri with masas de puerco. The beans were hard. I also ordered yuca with mojo. It was so tuff your fork didn’t go thru it. And all they added was lemon to the top. It was very disappointing

Caribe is very poor in the packaging of the orders for delivery. The food is never right, alway missing something, then they want to make up by offering a dessert or something on them next time. Poor Service and the steak sandwich is more bread than STEAK!
