Was pouring bad outside and they refused to let us in to to pick up our order to go!!! Then when we get to the window our order wasn’t even started. So we were sent back around to the front. Lady was “helping” us was rude and very short with us. Also half the lights are working and drive thru intercom was not working. Definitely need to get it together especially with more positive attitude towards paying customers. Go to Alice!!!!

Worse place in SD all my burgers were burnt and not the the point I can get over it.. burnt to the point to be non-palletable….shrimp was over cooked and cold…very disappointed but the strips were fresh

Wouldn’t recommend going here, they constantly get your order wrong and take a century to get your order to you. There’s only one person that I can across in this establishment that was actually helpful. So if you want your order to be correct and have your food fast I would recommend going to the one in Alice.

Almost $18 for two regular size fountain drinks, one large order of fries, large country gravy, and 8 piece jalapeño bombers . Gravy was runy, fries were cold, bombers were burnt, and it took 20 minutes in the parking lot for the order , probably because these people don’t like their job and won’t answer the phone . Save your time and money and cook at home

The middle age counter server and cashier without a name tag was rude. I asked questions about the menu and she appeared bothered to answer my questions. I ordered and was about to pay when I heard the other worker tell a customer that he had to wait 7 minutes for the biscuits. I asked my server if I was getting biscuits as she was giving me the order. She replied, “no I did not give you biscuits. It was a to go order. I asked if she was charging less and she rudely replied no. At this point I replied that that was terrible. She than rudely asked me if I was going to wait for 8 minutes. Since I was not a regular resident of the small town she did not care about my business. The other young cashier working with her completed my order. The other employee was very polite and helpful. The original middle age employee needs to improve on her attitude and customer service.

Worst church’s ever. I guess now they prepare on order. Each time i get It’s a 45 min wait. The order system NEVER WORKS!! Then i go To the window and order and the older lady is telling me how she hates my kind of credit cards because she has problems with the systems not accepting them. And she’s inserting and swiping multiple times while sighing heavily. Then she asks if i have Cash to which i reply No and she’s like i hate Cards from this bank. Do you think you can go pull out cash. She finally gets it to work but tells me to pull over to the side and she’ll bring out the food to me. 40 min later I’m having to walk back and forth to the drive through window and all 3 workers see me but none of them attend me. So i knock On the window and they had forgotten about me. Had to wait an extra 30 min for my order meanwhile two of the employees are smoking and chatting outside. Every experience at this place is the worst! If i could Give -5 stars i would!!
