The only reason this got a 1 star is because the food is good but it sometimes comes out cold. They also sometimes forget my orders. Also, the employees are not the brightest, for example a worker today didn’t know how to put sausage on half of a pizza. If you want to run a good business i suggest hiring hard workers who take pride in their job. The customer service is slow and horrible. Do better and you’ll get better business.

This place is severely understaffed. There were numerous Carry-out pickups who had to wait in line for an unusually long time. (Some of them waited 20+ minutes.). We dined in and there was only ONE waitress to serve all the tables AND handle the cash register and serve carry-out orders. The food was excellent but the service was painfully slow and the waitress must have been new and/or untrained.

Need someone at till to acknowledge customers as they come in, myself and 5 other people came in and no one acknowledge us for at least 5 minutes.
