Not only did they get part of our order wrong, but it was the first time I’ve seen a McDonald’s burger served partly raw. Something was off with the crew and/or manager like they were having a bad day either with customers or among themselves. This was the worst McDonald’s I’ve been at. Though those who served us were doing their best, people in the team were messing up and making everyone look bad. I hope they get their act together, or get rid of people hurting the team, the work environment, customer service and the business.

I have been eating at this McDonald’s for seven years and it’s the best location in Florida. I visit weekday mornings for breakfast and always use the drive thru. So many of the employees have been there for a long time. They are friendly and know my order by heart. The team seems to work well together and there is rarely a long wait for my food.

Drive-through was slow! 17 minutes just to get drinks. Gentlemen, taking order was good. But 1 to 2 people at front were rude. My drinks were sitting on the counter for at least 10 to 15 minutes had to ask them to redo the drinks because ice was melted. They were unpleasant it seem to be you were short staffed. McDonald’s seems to be the worst place to go for fast food and quality staff.
