Got a bigger plate with noodles, orange chicken, seaseme honey chicken, and mushroom chicken. I ask her to put a little more noodles on my plate and she told me that what she gave me was their portion. Their portion sizes have declined significantly while the prices have gone up. A few years ago you would easily get double of what they serve now and if you asked for a little more, the smiles and complied. Now they argue with you.

Food tastes awful at this location. I’ve been here 3 times in the last 6 months, and it’s been disappointing each time. I always get the family meal so it’s not cheap. The entrees that are breaded are never crispy, always soggy, the honey walnut shrimp are not only soggy, but they have no walnuts either. Beijing beef was mushy, just try another location.

Everytime I ordered off uber eats they never give you any soy sauce which is just beyond me! So I called and ask if they could put it in the bag the guy said that he would and sure enough there was no soy sauce I’m done ordering from you guys it’s annoying and aggravating when you pay 30$ plus for food and can’t get a single soy sauce packet you guys outta be putting them in there anyways along with silverware and napkins!! I don’t understand how you as an employee come out of the bathroom from cleaning duty and jump into the kitchen to handle food, that’s not cool and then the manager steps in to say they wash there hands all the time, they probably do just not this time he didn’t because employee put down cleaning products he still had in his hands and jumped right into kitchen, tried to get refund and manager said he don’t do refunds, this place is a joke, Panda Express please properly train your employees…. Food is very basic. We tried most dishes. I didn’t find anything that was repulsive, but I didn’t have anything that was delicious that would cause me to ever eat here again. The orange chicken was the best thing we tried. If this is your only option, get the orange chicken. If you can go somewhere else for lunch, that’s probably a better idea.
