They had large puddles of water on the floors in the dining area and back by the work stations. No one was even attempting to clean up the water they were just standing around. Had an adult costumer come in barefoot no shoes or anything walking all around the dining area.

$16.18 for a 6 pack and a pound is stupid high price. Cheese sauce was less than half full. Only toppings on 1 taco. I love Taco John’s, but I got screwed and at over $16, I didn’t like it. Good-bye Taco John’s, it was good till it wasn’t.

Open sign ON and Google shows they close at 11pm… BUT… Nobody answered the speaker box and when we drove up to the window.. they said they were already closed (at 10pm). So sick of the inaccuracies and/or lazy people just wanting to get out early.. not caring one bit about the Customers. This is not the first time this location has pulled this. Won’t be trying again. It really sucks.. especially when your family has their heart set on something specific like that.

Twice, in the same week, our orders were short, didn’t realize until the bags were unpacked at home. Same manager, was working window both times, so I let him know his orders needed to be checked better. Might as well been talking to a coat stand.

Went for lunch and waited 27 minutes before realizing I wasn’t going to get my food in time to eat it and get back to work. Terrible customer service. Only ordered two tacos and couldn’t even get that. Last time there we had to wait for the 3 employees out back smoking to go inside and answer the drive thru to take our order. I managed this restaurant years ago and this makes me crazy to see the lack of service and the absolute mess the place is in usually. Health department needs to take a look at them!

There was no soap, no paper towels in the women’s or the men’s restrooms. Someone was in the restroom when I got there cuz I wanted to go in and wash my hands, and when they came out I seen it was an employee. So I go in the restroom to wash my hands and there’s no soap to even wash my hands with. So that tells me that the employees don’t wash their hands before they go back to work because she walk behind the counter and went straight to a computer and started typing in stuff and went to taking orders. Gross, disgusting.

Person who took our order took her time greeting us, even though we were the only customers in the building. Rude taking the order and seemed she didn’t want to be there. Dining room floor tile was busted up and they had a cone there to keep you from walking over it (trip hazard). Condiments were not refilled and trash was in some of the condiments containers instead of taco sauce.

I went there the other day thur the drive thru and there was a car at the window for I know 15mins. So I got out of line and went in to get my food which was jus a potato Olay. The people inside want rude or mad. And I wasn’t mad at them for taking long cuz I think it was the ppl at the window.

Stopped in for a late lunch after 3pm and literally waited almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me or take my order. There were 3 employees but they were not interested in waiting on customer in the lobby. No apologies for waiting. Food wasn’t that good and it was a promotional item. Taco John’s used to be a favorite of mine. Management needs to step up.
