Place has been steadily going down hill for awhile now. Food was absolutely garbage tonight. Ingredients including the beans and cheese etc tasted like it had been sitting out way too long. Definitely not fresh by any stretch of the imagination. Super dry and gross. Tortillas were the same way. I couldn’t finish any of the burritos I ordered they were so bad. Two stars because the young man at the counter was a nice guy. We won’t be back anytime soon.

So it was a like slow on everyone’s orders at this location. Some cable guys waited 15 minutes to get their order. In the 45 minutes here they never canner ours to clean anything in the lobby. Windows are filthy all around. I ordered by the app so not sure about counter service but watching others they were slow to take care of customers.

All employees were eating Culvers, they had their families there, most employees were outside the building. I arrived at 10 minutes after I made my online order. My food was not done, and I had to wait another 10 minutes for it to be done.

Literally the best Taco Bell in the country! I have been coming here everyday since I started my new job and I am absolutely in love with the staff, the service, and the food quality here. They have not messed up my order even once and they are always very friendly. I love this location!

So we pull up and all of the workers are outside screwing around. So we placed our order and the girl was super friendly. We then make sure to check our order because this taco bell doesn’t require basic reading, writing or counting skills because of course they didn’t label/mark anything I assume because they couldnt spell. (Soft tacos, spicy potato tacos etc.) They also forgot all together the cinnamon twists which tasted like chemicals and super old oil. I get it, cleaned the oil trap takes up probably 8 cigarette breaks but I paid my hard earned money and was unable to eat them, that’s how bad they are.

The cashier was very friendly. Actually greyed us when we walked. Listened attentively during our order, and got everything correct. Brought the food to the table, instead of just leaving it on the counter. Even wiped off the table we wanted to sit at when he noticed it was dirty. Best experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell!

I went through the drive through. Down almost $40 on our meal and notone of our meals was right. Went back to talk to the manager and he had an additued like it was my fault that the whole order was wrong. As I was talking to him he was cursing at me and slamming the window shut. Telling me that he didn’t have to serve me. We need flash. You already served me and the whole order was wrong. I told him that he has his rights and I have mine. I wanted my money back for the meals. I only got $13 of my $40 order.
