I don’t normally leave bad reviews. Usually, I just never come back to waste my money twice.

If no star was an option, I would definitely select it. This location had no baked potatoes, ran out of soft drinks. Our sandwich’s were giving with different bread pieces as if they just threw it together. Location needs to be evaluated, careful where you spend your money. This location is not it.

Didnt include the pickle spears that were included in my order. When I asked for them with extra pickle spears she gave me the extra which are 4 but didnt include the 2 that were included with the meal. We eat 3 each. Idk why workers act like its coming out of their paycheck. For reference it was the old lady working the pick up window.

I really do wish that the manager would make the Chicken and Dumplings available on the online order menu. Would make going through drive through much more convenient. Calling in stinks because some times, if busy, they do not answer. Having to go in and wait in line stinks, also. Please place them on the online menu.

Ordered a bowl of soup and I got a cup of soup in a bowl ♀️ I don’t know what is happening to this location, I use to dine in every week and now I only stop by for tea. But even stopping by for tea will come to an end soon because of all of the high school students who think they own the store and everything outside of it.

Wife and kids have food allergies. McAlister’s is one of 5 places to eat at between the 2 cities. This particular site was told no tomatoes on sandwich and my boys cucumbers. We specifically asked for just fresh cut cucumbers and nothing else in them. We know when we ask it comes up as tomatoe and cucumber salad. But we verify every time. The cashier that took out order was inconvenienced by my families allergies, had an attitude, and still my wife had tomatoes on her sandwich and the boys cucumbers drenched in tomatoes. Instead of putting on a show in front of everyone. We left and went to 191 and paid again for the same order at 42nd and they got it right. 42nd had flies all over the place and kitchen staff was horrible making comments about my families allergies.

This restaurant has a more updated look than other McAlister’s I’ve been to, but the food is as good as everywhere else. We just had an unusually long wait for our food here.

This place really needs to hire more people the people behind me ordered after me with 3 pe4son oder vs my 1. They recieved there order first when clearly mine was visable up there. I waited 35 minutes for a salad. The service is horrible 6/20/23 the management and boss of this company really needs to step up this place.

It’s amazing how a place can take so long to make food when they literally have 2 customers in the building. Doesn’t help that the kitchen staff in the back is constantly screaming, laughing, and playing around. Absolute joke of a restaurant.

Young lady service was good. It took over 40 minutes to get our order… employees walk around including the manager like they don’t care about people waiting for orders. Just walking around looking lost.. I hate this location.. never fails when I think they have it together after a year.. they just don’t, even if it’s been remodeled… should have drove to 191…
