We cannot believe how many times we have passed by this town and NEVER noticed this amazing restaurant.

Tortilla chips are so fresh that they are warm and the oil still glistens on some. They could be more numerous, however. Salsa verde is GREAT. Roja is ok; a bit watery. Chile relleno was quite good. Served with both queso fresco and fresh, warm ranchero sauce. Refried beans were smooth and tasty. Rice was typical. Service was spotty but friendly.

Mondays special, Chile Relleno (beef) and homemade corn tortillas were delicious. An authentic Mexican taste. Service was excellent as well. Highly recommend this little place.

Meal was delicious. All 3 salsas were the best I’ve had in quite a while. Service was great. My new favorite place in town.

My son and I stopped in for lunch 3 weeks ago. We have been at least once a week since then. Love the pastor. The sauces are so fresh and delicious. Homemade tortillas and best Pico ever! Service is sincere and kind, feel like we have a new friend.

Freshly made tortilla chips & tortillas were delicious but the star of breakfast was the migas, extra crispy hashbrowns & refried beans!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Antojitos. Their food is by far the most authentic and flavorful Mexican food (and truly, I think the best irrespective of genre) in the hill country. For example, the enchiladas are made in the traditional style of “Enchiladas Rojas” as opposed to being slathered in chili con carne a la the Tex-Mex version (which is good, don’t get me wrong, but nothing compared to this). The refried beans, which are always a critical component when trying a new Mexican restaurant, are hands down the most flavorful I’ve ever had, and the tortillas are likewise the best I’ve had – the corn tortillas are somehow fluffy and don’t break apart while still retaining that distinct and delicious corn flavor. To top it off, it’s a family operation run by incredibly friendly people. You’re doing yourself a disservice if you love Mexican food and haven’t tried theirs yet!
