If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered 2 pizzas and some wings. Online, it said that it would be approx. 30 minutes. I waited an hour. I called just to check on my order and got hung up on. I finally got my order and one of my pizzas was wrong and it had a piece of hair baked in the cheese!!! I called back and they offered to send me a new pizza and when I asked for a refund the guy got an attitude. Worst experience ever!

Worst papa johns ever. Something was off/funny with the pizza dough. The pizza dough had an off putting taste and texture. Staff was friendly and made the pizza fast. I would have given this place 1 star, but the staff was friendly and polite.

Sage cancelled my pizza, because my $20 bill was too short. So I went and got a coutnerfun pen from 7-11 and proved it was real. And but the time I did so he cancelled my order. So I don’t know how that pizza tastes.

My brother forgot to add on wings. I have called a dozen times, and I can’t get ahold of the store let alone get ahold of the manager to add wings onto the delivery. I call them get immediately hung up on. Poor service=poor review. Be better.

My order took over an hour to show up when I was told 38 minutes. When it did finally show up, it was absolutely disgusting. The food was ice cold and the pizza was stale. We were shorted 6 wings and our 2-liter of diet Pepsi was completely frozen.

The most fantastic Pizza showed up at my work and I asked who it was and it was Papa John and I got garlic butter dipping sauce with it and it blew my mind. Then I drove 4 minutes to my house and try to order the same meal for my family, delivered. They told me that it was because I lived on the other side of 287 that I was not able to get delivery to my house. Upon driving home today I saw their delivery car across the street from my house. I called and they said “oh they must know somebody in those apartments.” Why don’t I get a hookup? Is .2 miles too far to drive? I’d tip. This place sucks on its delivery radius! I want pizza. l want somewhere besides Blackjack Pizza!

Will never order from them again. Placed an order on the app like I usually do. Received the notification around 5:25 that the order was on its way to me. I live less than 4 minutes away from this location. For some reason the delivery driver decided to go to all further deliveries first and come to my location last. I know this as they allow you to track your delivery in a map. My order was finally delivered at 5:57. It took 32 minutes for my pizza to be delivered. By the time it got to me it was cold, and floppy. If I could give 0 stars I would. I called the store after 20 minutes of no delivery and they told me it will be delivered in the next 5 minutes. 12 minutes later it was delivered. They were absolutely no help.
