All these promises are being broken today. Everyone seems upset, our order had no cheese and was falling apart, no blizzard flips, no thank you (in fact they asked us to take our own receipt), and there’s a spill in the kitchen entrance that everyone keeps tiptoeing around. They didn’t give us a number with our order, so they opted for yelling out order numbers and orders multiple times sometimes with orders that were clearly not for anyone in the restaurant. They went as far as to check peoples receipts, not trusting us with what we ordered. People are yelling.

I had a smore blizzard and it was a 10/10 the best on the menu. I ate inside. The service was slow but they were understaffed so it’s understandable. Overall they really do give you their best. 4/5 stars

The worst experience ever. It’s 9:48PM I ordered me a cookie blizzard and all three workers had no gloves on while making orders, cleaning their nose with their hands using the same butter knife to cut everything. One of the employees kept playing with her hair then going back touching peoples food just freaking disgusting I am so upset never again will I go back. They get no stars, I only clicked on one star so I can leave a comment!

Staff is unfriendly and seems very annoyed. Tables are sticky and the ice cream is half frozen they didn’t put peanuts on anything and stated they were out of them. They also give you all your food in bags and not on trays like they don’t want you to dine in.

Not sure why this place takes an forever. I’ve sat in the drive through twice now only to drive off after 20 minutes of no cars moving. Went inside once and waited twice as long. Probably won’t go back for a while seeing as there are tons of other “fast” food options nearby.

5/5/23. The kid on the drive thru didn’t speak clearly, or seem to understand us as our orders were very wrong…and it’s pretty hard to mess up Tacos….the shells were inedible, and they did not make them as ordered. There was a woman at the window with a light blue shirt, chin length dirty blonde hair, and glasses who WAS EXTREMELY rude…
