Been threw the drive thru 2times in the past 10 days and both times you guys forgot my nacho cheese. you guys charge 75 cents for some canned cheese at the least give it to the customers. Simplest of fast food chains can’t even get the cheese sauce in the bag. Yall need better management because you lack communication or something.

Love my Taco John’s. I wish they would bring back the salsa bar, I like getting my own sides of taco sauce. It would also be nice if the sauce in the packets was the sauce they used on the tacos.

Overly salted; eggs in my breakfast burrito looked and tasted like rubber. To top it off my burrito was cold in the center and somebody left a woody pepper stem in it, too. I don’t expect much from Taco John’s but this was just a sad experience.

I never write reviews for fast food places but this an exception. Very kind and honest staff. Gave us an apology for the late food and gave us extras on top. Please promote your assistant manager Kaylee. She did a great job and the food was phenomenal. Couldn’t be happier!

We’ve been customers since the beginning in the 70’s. In the past couple of years the hot sauce has degraded to prepackaged packets. It is horrible. Even the hot green sauce is now bland…too bad…it’s all about the hot sauce…and it is now terrible.

For a brand new location to be operating this well right off the bat – I have to leave them an awesome review. We used the drive through. The tacos and oles were fresh and delicious, but they forgot the guacamole & beans on the Super Oles, and they forgot to put the sauce we requested in the bag. Taco John’s mild sauce is special and specific, so it was disappointing to find upon returning home that we’d have to imprivise with some La Victoria taco sauce we had in the fridge (good substitute in a pinch). The prices are high for fast food, dinner for two cost us $32.
