We ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal and a 16 piece chicken meal which came with 4 sides and biscuits. They didn’t have 4 pieces of chicken and said it would be a 16 min wait. That turned into 22 mins. I thought they would at least offer a free surfs for the long wait, especially since my bill was $70.00! Hubby said the breast meat should’ve been kept in the fryer longer-seemed pink. Fries were good but salty. Biscuits and Mac n cheese tasted good.

I recently moved to the area and was warned by several people about this location. Everything was true and worse! Terrible service from “management” that I can’t even call service. The drive through workers are great, but I’ve had multiple issues with the owner or manager there. I have an elderly client who has lived here for over fifty years and always loved the product so she continues to patronize the location in spite of being treated like garbage. This is the main issue: she asks for a one piece meal with a breast. She’s told that meal is no longer available, and is charged alacarte pricing, equalling $10.99 for one piece of chicken and two sides!!! Never ever was an alternative suggested to her. I looked online and found several other less expensive combo options that include more product for less money!!!? Shame on you all for taking advantage of an elderly woman who’s been loyal to your company

Compared to the Bethlehem one we normally go to, the chicken was about the same. Just the pieces were much larger. The coleslaw was fresher here too. The inside was a bit dated and smelled funky. But overall, it was pretty good. Oh and KFC, how about getting some iced tea or sweet tea!!!

The chicken tasted horrible and was very rubbery. The Mac and cheese was cold. The potatoes tasted like instant mashed potatoes, the biscuits and gravy were the only good things about the meal. I will not be eating at KFC anymore. It was extremely overpriced for such poor food quality

The fact I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru with one car in front of me is ridiculous. The workers inside were just messing around & chit chatting instead of doing anything. Then to top it off, my order was wrong. I truly dread coming to this location these days because it’s always 30 min- 1 hr wait inside or in the drive thru. My order is never correct & most of the time they forget things too. Please do better & hire better employees if you have to, this place has gone downhill.

I ordered a 3 piece box. The online menu price was $7.99 the broadheadsville store charged me $14.99. I disputed the price and the manager was very nasty about it. He said that the price on the web was a corporate site and that this particular store was a private owner and they have different prices. Also said the site did not pertain to his store. I searched the site for that store and it had the address and the phone number for that store with the menue and prices.

The fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them. It tasted like they dumped the whole salt shaker on them. When people have trouble with high blood pressure it would kill me if I could have eaten them. My son who doesn’t have problem with high blood pressure couldn’t eat them either. So all I got for my meal was a biscuit and the nuggets.

This kfc is a joke. I get a famous bowl all the time at locations all over and never have I been given as little chicken as I got in the bowI I just ordered – 5 measley pieces as compared to the normal 6-10 I get at any other location. They couldn’t be bothered to put more chicken on and actually resolve the issue, but at least they refunded me. Done with this location.
