We sat at the bar on a busy Saturday evening and started off with dirty martinis skillfully prepared by bartender, and our server, Johnny. We so appreciated him taking the time to stuff the olives with bleu cheese by hand and were impressed that he thoughtfully made extra for a second round. Bread and butter were served while we waited. The bread was warm and soft. Salads came with crunchy croutons, chopped tomatoes and cucumber, and grated cheddar cheese. Both the honey mustard and white balsamic and olive oil dressings were quite good. We ordered the strip steak, which was very nicely seasoned and done to the correct temperature. It was served with a salt-crusted baked potato, but the plate looked a bit plain without garnish. The 7 oz. salmon was also prepared to the correct temp. Appreciated being able to order a smaller or larger portion! Loaded baked potato (sans cheese by request) was fluffy inside with a nicely done skin. There was a generous portion of broccoli, but it was over cooked. The meal looked hastily plated, but this is not a fine dining restaurant. It is, however a good place to come for a good meal at a reasonable price. Again, our service was excellent!

My first experience here, we had a not so good server, and they botched one of the orders (steak rarity was incorrect and they gave her the wrong side). I had the spicy chicken bites which were delicious and a coca cola. But unfortunately, by the time we left, my stomach hurt so much. I guess it wasn’t a great combo to have.

The server Lauren was amazing!! The Strawberry Margarita was definitely on point, way better than Rookwood Longhorn. The only issue was the lack of parmesan crusted topping, which was an added charge ( that is normal) Im a faithful diner at Rookwood, and literally never had that issue, not even from Dent Longhorn. Try the parm crusted salmon and broccoli. It’s literally a must.

There is a reason why I keep returning! Always a great meal(even leftovers!) AND always AMAZING service! I may have visited the Florence KY location the most, I’ve been to many others as well! For someone who eats out a lot (A LOT), as well as can throw down in the kitchen themselves- Longhorns is a given for a good meal!

When did you all change the recipe for the chicken tenders?? I was looking forward to the best chicken tenders ever and when my plate was brought out to me i was very disappointed. I was brought out a plate of chicken tenders that i could make myself at home. There was no flavor to these chicken tenders. They were bland and blah. Please bring back the original breading and flavors.

Only thing good about this place is the service … the serving staff i great and friendly but the food is very mediocre and the management is a joke. Every time I’m in, I’m astounded by the major DISRESPECT from the managers. They treat their service staff horribly. I feel so awful for the staff here, hopeful they find better employment.I will never return … unless they find new management. Very disappointing.

The appetizer wasn’t fully cooked, but everything else was perfect. What was special about this trip was our server, Angie. She was Incredibly friendly, prompt, and provided a memorable experience to her entire section. We watched as she helped relocate a table of seniors so they’d be more comfortable and then a table of two moms with four kiddos. She went above and beyond even though she was busy. It’s rare to see that kind of care in a fast casual restaurant like that. We will definitely be back and we will request her section again.
