Building was empty. Ordered food and waited 28 minutes for two burgers (that came out burnt) and a kids meal. The staff could not understand what we wanted (got syrup instead of ranch for chicken stars). Worst experience ever. Claimed it was short staffed and lots of orders (6 cars in drive through and only us inside). DONT COME UNLESS YOU LIKE BURNT FOOD AND HAVE HOURS TO SPEND.

I have been eating Carl’s Jr for as long as I can remember, and I have to say, this location sent out absolutely disgusting food. It was gross, overcooked, and barely warm when it came. I am giving 3 stars for the service because they very kindly allowed me to get something different since it was so gross. Then my son had to be changed, and one of the employees was mopping the bathrooms with a large amount of soap and water. My son and I both almost fell due to how slippery the floor was. I worked in fast food before, and I know this is not how a floor is supposed to be safely mopped when customers are still in the restaurant. I am adding pictures to show how wet it was. Overall, I was really disappointed with our experience here. We will probably never come back to this location.

The inside and out of the building were very clean. Quick and friendly service, the type of service an introvert or private person would like. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who loves fast food. I would say they have pretty good portion sizes here too!

It was probably the worst cheeseburger I have ever had. It was cold, the patties were burned, and the cheese was not melted at all. I couldn’t eat it. The staff is not very friendly and seemed indifferent. I’ve eaten at other Carl’s Jr. around town, and they were excellent. I’ll never stop at this one again. Suggest you go to Arby’s next door.

The food was pretty good and decently priced. Plenty of drink options, although the soda water was not labeled differently from regular water. Fries were fresh. The kids zone was closed off, and we had gone there mostly for that. Not sure if that’s a long term or short term thing. The drive through was much busier than the indoor restarant.

Got the western bacon cheeseburger. The meat was bland, the onion rings on the burger had no flavor, the cheese was so thin I could have used it for tracing paper. The only thing with any flavor was the sauce, but even it could not save this sandwich. The fries were limp and unimpressive. The price for a meal of this shameful quality (over $11) was ridiculous. What happened to the Green Burrito options. They were this places only saving grace, and even they weren’t that good. Now I remember why I don’t frequent Carl’s jr.

SAT IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR 30 MINUTES!! There were only three cars ahead of me and no one behind me. I place a simple order for JUST a breakfast burger. I get to the window and get overcharged and given a completely different burger as a meal. I was not willing to wait another 30 minutes just for the correct food and refund. Guy at the window clearly can’t do a simple job.

Garbage. It’s just garbage now. All other locations in the treasure valley are four and five stars. The prices now are insane. Almost $50 for a family of four with two small kids. Whoever owns the location either doesn’t care, or never comes in, because even my six year old boy mentioned how filthy it was.
