This store is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s exactly how it should be, other times you only order a 16 piece bread bite that looks like this, as well as missing 2 pieces. Looks like the just dumped the garlic sauce on the middle and put a small amount of Parmesan cheese again in just the middle.

Haley Strickland has the best customer service! She deserves a raise or something. We ordered food that was baked incorrectly, found hair on the pizza and missing sauces. We got the entire delivered again and it was free!!!

Rude and unprofessional. I was on base and called to see if they have a driver that could deliver on the base. They said yes but they wouldn’t be in til the afternoon. Called back around 1215 and they said the driver called out. I asked if they can deliver to the front gate of the base at the visitors center and the girl no kidding told me no because we have to deliver to other customers and if I wanted to speak to the manager. Didn’t realize that delivering to the base meant we are not customers. Most ignorant thing I’ve heard from an employee. The manager said they can deliver on base with the on-base driver but not at the visitors center at the front gate. Sounds like both of these employees are discriminating against the military. They will never have my business again.

Dear Domino’s, yesterday you showed me how much you don’t value me as a customer and I heard you loud and clear. For the past five months I have patronized your business, but never again. Last night we ordered a pizza and received a message that our pizza was delivered. We called because no one knocked on our door and no one rang the bell. Our two dogs who hear every car door open didn’t even alarm. So we called and were told an attempt was made, but that they would remake the order.. another drive return who didn’t knock or ring bell and they return with the same pizza that appear like it had been pulled from the trash can and brought back to us. See for yourself in the picture and ask yourself would you eat this “complimentary pizza” then ask yourself would these chain of events prevent you from patronizing your own business.

LITERALLY the best “fast food” in all of Belle Chasse the pizza is always good the customer service is even better definitely the best dominos I’ve ever ordered from. They are so quick even when they are busy always friendly even if they are short staffed… 10/10 recommend .. I don’t often review things on google esp a staple like dominos but they are just too wonderful to not! Very impressed with this location! I really have no idea what these other bad reviews are talking about we order here all the time and never in 2+ years even during quarantine received anything but good food and great service!

I was extremely mad with this place because I had a coupon for a free pizza that I couldn’t use because of them. I called them 5xs to ask if they deliver on military base but each time they hung up on me immediately after answering the phone. So I had to drive there being that they are the only pizza place that isn’t a 20min drive there. When I finally got there I had to wait about 10mins before anyone bothered to come to the window to assist me. Once they did they asked me 20 questions just so I could get and pay for my pizza. Finally when I got my pizza I asked them if they deliver on base, and the girl responded saying I just have to call because the hours of deliver vary. And I responded with so call even though yall just immediately hang up the phone like you did to me earlier. And the girl just stared at me and couldn’t say a word because she knew she was the one that hung up on me 5xs. I left it at that and left.

Everybody has been really nice to me at the store and over the phone but I can’t give it more than 3 stars due to things being forgotten on my orders (for example the icing/dip for their cinnamon twists seems to regularly not show up). I’m torn apart tho because on several occasions they sent someone back just to deliver the missing item. But in the end, just don’t forget the stuff, it’s not that difficult. I may be a little biased here, I don’t know. I’ll keep ordering from y’all tho so maybe in the future I’m able to give a higher rating with a clear conscience.
