So disappointed in the Subway at the Flying J. Unfortunately the poor kid behind the counter was left alone to deal with several customers on his third day. Supervisor saw the line but didn’t jump in to help. Additionally, he was wearing torn gloves and managed to touch his clothing multiple times plus the register with torn gloves, never changing them. Front of area was not really clean, either. I honestly think this all has more to say about the supervisor, though, and not the young man trying to work and learn the job.

I went into the Flying J to get my coffee and get food at Subway Ashlyn( may not be spelled right) you did an amazing job with my sandwich today thank you it’s perfection at its best the whole crew there had a good attitude and greeting customers like they have been in their everyday you guys are amazing I’ll definitely be back

Wanted to get a sub and I always try to be polite is I ask the worker how’s it going no response shows me the first red flag she then proceeded to have a b*chy attitude I ask to get it toasted she did everything like she hated working there we finally get to the vegetables all the vegetables were soggy now that I lost my patience i told her they look disgusting I asked her would you eat that she plainly said “no I didn’t do the prep “ I’m thinking bruh this is your job. I ended up only getting green peppers on a turkey sandwich with cheese I’ve never complained about food but I bought it and I’m salty I did. Subway Not Fresh smh

Average to above average Subway. They had plenty of bread and fresh toppings. The place was clean. The workers were attentive and engaged in work. The sandwich maker who helped me was a little heavy handed with the condiments. (Oil and Mayo).

This Subway in the Pilot/Flying J truck stop at Northwoods & I-75 is always Fast, Fun and Fresh. They’re not afraid to pile the produce on by the handful This store is always clean, pleasant and well-stocked with fresh bread and cookies!! Not to mention they’re open all night
