Ordered a medium French vanilla and they didn’t even fill it all the way. Plus their parking lot/ drive thru is filled with pot holes they need to get those taken care of before someone gets a flat

They get good wrong all the time, doesn’t taste good as other Tim’s either. They take forever with the drive thru and are rude sometimes

The coffee was good; it tasted just like a Tim’s is supposed to. My taste buds were calibrated to Tim’s coffee over a quarter century ago in the Toronto, Canada, area and it’s always an XL D/D. I have tried Tim’s from as far east as Quebec City, QB, to Vancouver, BC in Canada, and in NY, MI, OH, and my hometown of St. Louis, MO (both locations unfortunately closed several years ago due contract disputes). I WARNING: Watch out for the craters in the driveway! Regulars know what I’m talking about. They should erected a sign stating that high clearance vehicles are highly recommended. To be fair, the driveway may be under the land’s property owner’s. EDIT: The driveway has been fixed!

Truly one of the worst locations. The employees are either too lazy to read anything, or one of them of carrying the entire floor while the rest look at the wall. Delivery is almost constantly wrong unless you get really lucky and specific workers are there. Brutal and stressful every time I’m there, but young street is even worse, and honestly Tim Hortons as a whole have horrible locations anyway. I’d honestly rather go all the way to the Elmwood just so I wouldn’t have to repeat myself seven times. If you are a regular you know who the good workers are. Tip them when you can because they deal with more BS than most.

Worst Tim Hortons in the area. Gets my order wrong all the time . Wrong cream cheese, ordered ice coffee but got hot coffee then they just poured the hot coffee into a bunch of ice so it all melted and it’s still a little warm.

The service was outrageously complicated and took way longer to order than it should. Not to mention there were wasps crawling over the baked goods and eating them. You literally have of tell them you’re allergic to egg for them to not put it on. And they don’t even start over they just take the egg off. If someone actually IS allergic then the contamination alone could be dangerous. Just use the Drive-Thru

Asked for an everything bagle with cream cheese and toasted, got a plain bagel, not heated up and my coffee tasted like a cup of just creamer heated up. Worst of all was the staff and their constant swearing and talking about s***ing each others d*cos loud enough for the whole lobby to hear.

Worst Tim’s in the area. Ordered a plain bagel dry with bacon and cheese omelet bites and end up with a buttered bagel and western bites after speaking with the lady for 5 minutes in the drive through speaker bc she doesn’t understand what you’re saying to her. Place is dirty dingy filled with giant potholes save your time and money and go somewhere else.

There was a point in time when this location was closed for an extended period for some emergency and honestly I don’t know why it bothered to reopen considering they seem to put no effort into maintaining the place. It’s a dump. I have tried to go here unsuccessfully twice because on two separate occasions the line was out the door due to poor staffing. Never staffed, and the staff that is there acts like it’s a great imposition to take your order or make you food which is their literal job. Super rude for no reason. The only other time I’ve attempted to go here and was able to order something there, it was wrong to the point where it’s almost laughable. From here on out I’m just going to an actual local coffee place that’s not owned by Canada anyway.
