There was miscommunication over a pizza I ordered and I didn’t get what I expected. When I called the store to double check they immediately insisted on delivering the pizza I expected no further questions asked. No charge and a delivery driver showed up at my doorstep as quick as they could make my pizza. We ordered a deep dish pizza with sauce on the top for my son’s birthday. We got half pepperoni and half cheese. It was fantastic. It was done a ready to be picked up at the exact time quoted over the phone. The pizza was delicious.

It was our shop to go for a pizza, until recently ordered supreme pizza was really “supreme”..we found a metal washer in it.. pics attached.. and we didn’t even got the refund for that thing, not even apology..whoever we spoke to, was like it’s not our fault it came with the olives or something .. bon appetit..I’d avoid this place if you want to save your teeth.

I no longer live where I can get Rosati’s and it has always been my favorite Chicago pizza. Not this time, not at this location. I don’t know what you are doing but it doesn’t taste like Rosati’s. It was bland. Seemed like the cheese was different. I don’t know why this location is different. Won’t be getting it again unless it goes back to what it should taste like. My sister warned me.

I have never ever been talked to so rudely in my life. We have been eating Rosatis for a long time. They have usually had great pizza, never really had a problem. However this last time the pizza was terrible. There was hardly any sauce on it, completely massacred by the person that cut it, and just tasted terrible. The best part about it was the customer service, the “manager” was so rude and condescending. He talked to me and my wife like we were 5 year old children. I called to complain about the pizza which we have never done, and it was an absolute fight to get a replacement. We’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this location and we’re fed up with it. Most likely never going back.

This is definitely a franchise please they do not make the stuffed pizza like the other places do it is a lot smaller the pizza sauce and everything else is really good I just wish they made the stuffed pizza the same way it’s not as big I don’t know how many times I order ahead so my order is ready when I come to pick it up it is never ready. Now I find out that they just gave away my order to someone else and I have to wait for them to make my order all over again. Time to find a new place.
