The experience I had yesterday from this restaurant was the lowest is the years of eating there. The menu has changed time and time again, the skirts stake i ordered was not medium well it was raw and flavorless even the beer was chill not cold. They may be undergoing issues of management but is impacting the experience.

What a disappointment … We asked for fried shrimp and they give us shrimp sauteed or steamed in garlic sauce … I called and the woman apologized but then offered to give us another form of shrimp but it’s not the fried shrimp most restaurants have … shouldn’t be advertised of it’s given in a steamed or garlic sauce period … The other items purchased lack seasoning and meat is dry…

For some authentic Mexican cuisine and atmosphere, Los Arcos cannot be beaten. A hidden gem in Passaic, NJ. The food is always good and fresh. The service is friendly and the music is on point. Happy hour Monday through Thursday starting at 5 on. Highly recommend.
