This location is around the corner from my job, so I decided to check it out for lunch. I love me some hot, fresh, and flavorful Rotisserie Chicken. This wasn’t it. Upon seeing the first appearance of the Chicken in the container, I asked was it a half Chicken because it was so small. I just knew that they made a mistake. I ordered Mexican Rice and Cassava as the sides. The chicken was not fresh nor hot. It was so dry that I couldn’t eat the wing part of it because it was dried out. It didn’t taste like Rotisserie either. There was no flavor. It tasted oven baked and broiled. The rice was dry with no veggies in it. I counted about 5 or 6 peas and 2 carrots. The Cassava should have been cooked longer. I definitely didn’t enjoy this lunch. I ate enough to fulfill my hunger and that’s it. This was my first and last visit.

I can deal with mediocre custome service… I ordered online and the order wasn’t ready because they assumed I was going to pick it up at a different location since they don’t make shauffa in this location. They said “if you are customer you should know”. But it was first time. Shame on me!

Their white rice is beyond amazing. It’s fluffy and fragrances with great flavor. The chicken was juicy and tender and… the fries were great too.

Our visit was great as usual. The waitress was very friendly and helpful despite being busy. The food was delicious as always. A lot of restaurants have dropped stars due to Covid, but Pollo Bravo is still 5 stars!

For many years I have enjoyed coming to this location. The food is the most consistent at this particular one in this chain. I love Peruvian food and really enjoy the rotisserie chicken here. The fried plantain is one of my favorite dishes here also. The only disappointment is that the price jump from $ 10.99 to 12.99 with less chicken in Katy but two dollars more from Pollo Bravo, 6015 Hillcroft St #2800, Houston, TX 77081. The thing is Hillcroft often items on the menu are unavailable. If you have two dollars more you want to pay and drive 2 miles more to come here I will like to see you. Unfortunately, I love good food , good service and reasonable price I can’t find this in Katy at the time of visiting yesterday night. While there are better Peruvian restaurants in Houston, this is a good, affordable place to enjoy great flavors go Hillcroft.

I bought 2 rotisserie chickens and were super tasty. And the green salsa you get is just the cherry on top.

If you’re looking for good Peruvian food at a reasonable price, Pollo Bravo is the place. I dine here twice a week. Please tip the servers don’t be stingy. I’ve seen some cheap people not leave anything.. unbelievable!!

This may have been a good restaurant in the past, but now it is just an over-priced rotisserie chicken joint, no better than your supermarket rotisserie chicken! In fact, Costco’s rotisserie chicken is better and one third the price!

If you are looking to feed your entire family quickly and healthy this is the place to go! My mother always goes to this restaurant to please the entire family. We get great tasting chicken, rice, beans and salad. Many combos come with mixed French fries with sausage that is also very yummy!

Was a good restaurant back then. Now it is getting washed up with staffers who have bad attitude and 0 professionalism. Back then 5 years ago I would frequent this place. Now I go just with hope it was like before but no. If I go once every 4 month it’s too much. I use to go once a week. Just horrible attitude.
