The customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! I normally never have a problem with this place, but yesterday I tried placing an order online and their site wasn’t working. So I thought I would try again today, still didn’t work. We decided to call instead, we accidentally called the wrong location and had no way to get to that location. When we arrived at this location we figured out our mistake and decided to just order again here. Our cashier, I think his name was Shawn was extremely rude to us when we found out we ordered from the wrong place then when we got our order it was wrong. We went into the store to tell them that our half and half pizza was wrong as well as our crustless pizza. They put cheese on the crustless pizza for us but argued with us saying that we ordered it wrong. They told us we were “sos” on our half and half pizza and claimed the best they could do was give us a cup of sauce. Shawn told us ” there was starving people in the world and the other location was going to have to throw away our weird pizza, so we shouldn’t waste more food”. I completely understand that they wouldn’t want to make another pizza , and was completely willing to pay for a new one. But I am not giving another penny to that location after how they treated us. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! I recommend you find a better establishment that treats their customers with respect.

I would suggest you take a close look at a pizza made at this location. Check out the picture…… $16.83, full price. Had I realized how poorly the ingredients were spread around I would have had them remake it. Lousy quality control.

The pizza is always good here, I’ve never had an issue and staff is 99% kind and courteous. I would give 5 stars but the man at the counter on 4/12/22 at about 5pm/5:30 was a bit obnoxious and pushy. He hears what he wants to hear and is a bit cocky. (Maybe not always, I don’t want to be judgy… but he was tonight for sure!) Stop with the suggestive sales when someone already clearly knows what they want. Slow down and listen to your customers. Yeah we love fast service but you still need to recognize what your customers want, not what you think they want.
