Spanish speaking pho. It’s not authentic pho but it’s Carson City Nevada… So I guess it’s not terrible… The meatballs are bologna half balls. The main house item said pho but was spaghetti noodles. They ask your spice number but it’s very mild regardless, maybe their rating scale is out of 100? Not sure. Won’t be going back.

I order takeout from Viet Pho once every one-to-two weeks. It’s consistently good. While the combinations aren’t very complex or intricate, the ingredients always taste great. Anything with pork or duck is a must have. The staff is always friendly, the prep time is fast, the prices reasonable, and if you’re into larger portions there’s always a hunger satisfying option for a particular meal available. It’s a nice little bit of variety in an area that has somewhat stagnate food options, and it fits that hard to fill niche in-between fast-food and fine dining.

Friendly and attentive staff. I ordered the #7, rare steak. No complaints, the broth and meat were both tasty. A lot of appetizers looked good, but I wasn’t hungry enough to try any. Next time!

Normally, I like their food. I don’t know what their problem was today. I ordered the number 26, the noodle salad with egg rolls. Not sure exactly what it was she brought me, but it wasn’t what I ordered. Then of course, she had to argue with me that that was what I had ordered. She even told me it was the number 26. So I asked to see a menu and lo and behold, the number 26 was what I thought it was. So then they brought me the correct food but I think they had scraped the bottom of the bowl for the rice noodles. There wasn’t a single noodle that was longer than 1 inch. I’ve never had this serve that way, not even from this place. I went ahead and ate it because I was hungry and I didn’t have time to go somewhere else. I won’t be going back. Pho Country has much better food. They just aren’t as convenient to my work.

Love the duck, my fiancé loves the Thai pork sandwich. Last time the portions seemed smaller than before. Hope it’s better next time, and stays consistently great. Duck plate is served with fresh ginger, mmm, fresh flavors. Duck soup has great flavor too.

The best Pho in town. The sauce is to die for. And I’m the people are cool. They are a little slow but much worth the wait. Clean bathrooms. There is only about 5 tables and that sucks.

It’s ok, not the best. You have two sizes of pho to choose from, small and large. The #1 pho, steak, they give you a choice of how spicy you want it. I took a 10 and was not very spicy at all. No basil but cilantro and the meat had fat on it.
