First time here and it was a good deal overall experience. The sandwiches and soups we both tried were all very good! We showed up right before the lunch rush and it was crazy how long the line got so quickly! We will definitely return and keep trying different things! If you haven’t given them a try I highly recommended it!

So this issue isn’t the food, it’s the sanitation I have a concern about. Why is your staff wearing gloves but touching everything that’s not food then going back to making sandwiches without changing gloves? I just watched an employee(possible manager) prep my sandwiches, then go and move a bunch of equipment only to come back to finish my sandwiches. I know y’all go over this in training.

The evening manager is a joke. I’d be embarrassed to call him my employee. I had to eat a sandwich from 7/11 because the food I received from here shouldn’t even be considered food. The 7/11 sandwich was divine in comparison to the trash I purchased from here. This potbelly location would serve better as another dispensary or Casey’s gas station.

The potato soup tasted like a can of cambells, processed. Gross and no flavor and the chicken sandwich I got had no chicken. The bread was hard like a rock. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is a good place to buy a fresh unique recipe sandwich. The cranberries really made my day. My Mom thought the bread was as good as her own homemade recipes, and kind of reminded her of other traditional sandwiches from her past. So, these are modern eats, but the traditional idea shines thru. Wish there was outdoor seating in the field across the parking lot. There’s a nice big and a waterway with and other wildlife. ️
