I have been to the Restaurant in Sioux City twice now and it has no real atmosphere and service is alright. Food was hot but nothing special. If you are looking for a pasta dish then this works. If you are looking for a meal with a little Italian atmosphere this is not that place.

This was my 1st time eating here and I was impressed. It has a few rules and I’m ok with them. Everything was delicious and the prices were very nice. Free self serve refills on drinks is amazing. Good service and atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone that loves Italian food or just pasta in general. They also have pizza and salad options and so much more.

Our first experience at Fazio’s. Great food, Spaghetti and meatballs, Chicken Alfredo, both delicious. The dining room was very clean with the exception of a couple of straw wrappers on the floor. The attendants were great! Very friendly, attentive and helpful. They came by 3 or 4 times asking if everything was ok, do we need anything, etc. We will go back there next time we are in Sioux City.

Lunch deal was a good price. Food was good. I ordered to go. The service for pick up needs some room for improvement. Waited over 10 minutes to get meal. Gentleman was nice who finally asked me what I was waiting for.

Initially, I was excited that we were getting a Fazoli’s location after trying the one in Sioux Falls. This one, however, makes me not want to go. Food is alright, but I would not Dine In here. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and beverage machine was out of a lot of drinks. Least I would do would be the drive thru for some quick Italian food.

Ordered food at the counter, was asked if I wanted to make it a meal. So I ordered a slice of pizza with my food. Got my drink & a few minutes later my food arrived. It was ok at best, there were little pockets of crazy heavy salt in my dish. Then when I finished we noticed the pizza never came out. So went and asked about it and they were really confused. Eventually got the slice and honestly I very easily could’ve just skipped it. It was just terrible.

First time there. Had the sampler. People were nice and service was fast. Lasagna was good, spaghetti was too sweet for me, would stay away from the Alfredo. Breadsticks were great.
