After a late winter “nostalgia” drive to the Jefferson Valley Mall, my son, who has recently moved back to the area, and I noticed the food trucks in the parking lot. It being a chilly afternoon, a grilled cheese and tomato soup sounded perfect. My son waited in line for what turned out to be an amazing lunch! I had the “Evil” on regular white bread, which is a classic grilled cheese with Mac and cheese on it. Yes please! My son got the “Liam” 3, grilled cheese with BBQ chicken, Mac and cheese and chili. Wow. All amazing! And a tomato soup for dipping. Can’t say enough about how perfect this food was. Will definitely be back. The owner is a super nice guy! Ended up googling him and saw a lovely write up on Lo Hud.

Lyle is one of the nicest people I have ever met! He is so nice he gave my fiance and I free lunch! We were up in Westchester for a doctor’s appointment and happened to stumble upon his food truck by chance by looking on google! Lyle is located in the shopping mall parking lot. We had the 1/2 and 1/2 (half BBQ chicken half chili cheese) grilled cheese and the evil (mac and cheese grilled cheese), with a cup of tomato soup. The food is so fresh, made from wholesome ingredients, and the big bread is delicious and has great texture. I highly recommend eating at “Put Some Meat on Your Bones!” You will be very satisfied!

Nestled in the Jefferson Mall Parking lot is this gem of a Food Truck. For any connoisseur of melty cheese wrapped in the warm embrace of toasted breads or crisped quesadillas do yourself a favor and stop by. If you’ve got kids this is especially for you! Name your price is an interesting concept being used but dishes are honestly worth a few bucks more that whatever you think you is enough.

Absolutely amazing place. Owner is so nice and doing his best to help those struggling during these hard times. Food is exceptional! Came back twice in two days. Let’s you tweak the menu a bit like this evil buffalo chicken!!! So good. Definitely recommend. No complaints

Finally got to check this place out after hearing great things for over a year! I work in the area once a week but never had the chance to stop by; AMAZING grilled cheeses. Not only does he cook them super fast but they’re absolutely delicious and there are so many options to choose from. My husband got the “half & half” (half bbq chix/half chili), I was torn between the “the evil one” (mac & cheese gc) and the chili grilled cheese. I ended up going with the Mac & cheese grilled cheese.. honestly, I would have been there for another hour trying to decide. The owner made us a chili grilled cheese at no charge since it was our first time there & I couldn’t decide between the two! The owner is SO nice and so generous in the way he operates his business. We’ve never seen anyone handle a business like he does. It almost moved me to tears to see that there are people like that out there in the world. Would highly recommend to ANY & EVERYONE.
