St Francis
World Famous Grill served me a very good falafel plate. They were busy in mid-afternoon. That’s always a good sign. They have an outrageous menu. I’m excited to go back and try their charbroiled burgers. As well as the other items on the menu. The Bell location has a meat market. I loved the Mediterranean influence and seasoning of the food. It is with all confidence that I can highly recommend World Famous Grill in Downey.

The food is delicious, I got the Kabob plate, the meat was really tender and juicy, I loved their hot sauce, staff is really friendly. They have a variety of dishes to choose from. Definitely coming back.

I had been a long time customer of their Anaheim location which closed down a few years ago. I’m glad there is another halal burger spot in town. The quantity of food you get for the price is really good. I have been to this location a couple times now and tried a few things; while everything is visually appealing, I’m sad to say it’s always just a bit bland.

Worst service ever. She put down the wrong order and gave us a completely different order. When told they lied and charged us double for something we didn’t order. Continued to argue until we paid for it again, she had a horrible attitude. Then when we received the food 35 minutes later, it was cold and missing HALF THE INGREDIENTS. Please don’t come here.

Love coming to this place. Food is always great. The carne asada fries are unbelievable. The steak wrap hits the spot as well. You have to get extra spicy garlic sauce. It’s so good.
