The food was delicious but there were fewer choices compared to most indian buffets. Their fish curry was the most liked item. There was only one dessert which had dairy and we had a person w dairy allergy in our group so they couldn’t eat it. The ambiance was good and the restaurant was clean.

Ordered in for office lunch. Absolutely delicious. Very fast and fresh, located in the heart of lakeway behind twin liquors. Online order said 45 mins and only took 25. Can’t wait to try more! Tandoori chicken was my favorite.

This is indian restaurant I have eaten in Austin area. I had the Rogan Josh. The sauce is fresh and delicious. The lamb meat is excellent cut and tender. I have eaten this over excellent basmati rice. I have chosen Rose wine from California. Based on what I had definitely others must taste good and smell good when other tables ordered these dishes. The service is excellent and very friendly staff. Nice clean place. I will definitely come back.

Traveling With Spice
Overall experience was ok, it was over crowded, very small place, food is very good, price is bit high( most of the Indian restaurants charge some what like this), one order is enough for 2 people, very friendly staff, tap beer is very famous in this restaurant, saw many people ordering. We went during the soft opening time. Hopefully they will continue their good service n quality in future too. Good North Indian restaurant

I’ve been eating at zest since they opened a couple years ago. Initially their food was a little inconsistent but good. Though over the years it’s clear they’ve adjusted and constantly improved. For the last 12 months I have not had a bad meal here. It’s been always delicious. Hot, flavorful, consistently excelente. Their customer service is also extremely attentive and friendly. It’s clear they’re trying hard and it shows in the food and service. This is a the type of place I feel is going to last and soon grow out of their smaller restaurant. Lakeway has no Indian options but zest. And luckily, zest is amazing!

We are so happy that a Punjabi/Indian restaurant has finally opened up near this area. The food was wonderful, and the service was fast. I would recommend that if your desi to get spicy not medium. Also the pakora were not the traditional pakora, they were a lot bigger than usual.
