Food was awesome! We were hoping for dine-in BUT they are only carry out…..was totally worth the change in plans though! Food was fresh, hot and tasty….very cute little place, as well. I also noticed others had said he complained about making plain rice….Well…he had no problem with my hungry little picky kid ordering JUST THAT. ♀️ WE will definitely return. 🙂

Food is always consistent, delicious, and packed with flavor. Best tasting chinese food around the Jefferson County and St. Louis County area. No matter what place we try, we always come back to Great Peking. We have been coming here for years. The staff are very friendly and funny. On nights and weekends, expect to wait 30+ minutes since many people in the area know this place is amazing! So don’t be suprised by the wait times.

Awesome combo fried rice. Awesome pork fried rice. Fantastic shrimp fried rice. Excellent egg foo young. The food is consistently prepared with fresh ingredients. We keep coming back. Have tried many dishes and never disappointed.

Not much to say other than the food is freaking amazing. Especially the crab sticks and egg foo yung. St. Paul sandwiches anyone? Yes please. I used to love this place, and the owner was always lovely. However, the last couple of times, the owner was very rude. The first time he yelled at me because I only ordered plain fried rice, he said I needed to order more than a five-dollar minimum. No problem, but he did not need to scream at me and be blatantly disrespectful. I figured he was just having a bad day. Today, I decided to give him a second chance. I ordered three combos with plain fried rice. He said, “No, it only comes with pork.” I told him, “That’s fine. I’ll order from somewhere else.” After all, Chinese restaurants are a dime a dozen.
