If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I have been here at least 5 times since they opened and the service has always been bad not to mention the food quality…mediocre. Food line is always dirty and employees are extremely rude.

I’ve been going here a lot with my co-workers for lunch on a weekly biases for several years, unfortunately the quality and service has drastically changed over the last few months. The food portions have went from a full scoop of your meat of choice to a half scoop, and the members servicing you have gone from nice and friendly to cold and emotionless. The food is inconsistent, some days the quality isn’t as great and some days it is. Needless to say, my co-workers and I have decided that today was the last time we would be going to this location. It is bittersweet since it has been our go to for so long, but all good things come to an end I guess.

This particular Chipotle has always been my go-to, one because it’s close by, and two, they have a drive-thru. The problem is they are very inconsistent. This last visit will be my last. I ordered a burrito with carnitas and chips & gaucamole. The carnitas were chewy – not sure if they were undercooked or if it was just a bunch of fat but it was disgusting and not edible – threw it all away. Figured I’d at least be able to eat the chips but nope, those were bad too – old and stale – and that particular issue has happened before. I have given up on this Chipotle. I even left feedback for them thru their survey and never got a response. And to really rub salt in the wound, I even tipped them on this order

Something needs to be done about the drive through system, if someone gets there earlier then their expected ready time, have them park elsewhere or go back around. I should not have to wait 20 minutes sitting in the drive through because some idiot wants to get his food earlier, and it’s not ready. Not only that, my food is almost always wrong or it’s missing something when I go through the drive through. When I finally got the window, they proceeded to ask me what drink i ordered. I love chipotles food but this infuriated me, I only have a few minutes for lunch, I just need to grab and go. Especially if I had ordered my food 30 minutes prior! Ridiculous.

Quality and service has gone downhill. The young girl making my food must be very inexperienced or just lacks common sense; she decided it was a good idea to put the ALL black beans that spilled onto the prep side with some of the rice and other small food specks back into the black bean container. What?!

This place is notorious for not having my food ready when I request so I place my order with enough time. For example, if I want it at 12pm, I order it online at 11:45 and pick it up at 12:10. Well today I went through the drive-thur to pick up my food and the older lady immediately says “even though you order with time it will still be late… so go hang out for 10mins then come back”. She’s very rude, cuts you off and it’s her way and only her way. Now she was all smiling and laughing with the car in front of me so maybe it’s just with me. Anyhow, she follows to tell me that they won’t stop just to make my order. Long story short I didn’t get my food & the manager was absolutely zero help. An order online/drive thur should get you the food on time but not at this location. This location needs lots of help.
