The restaurant needs a good cleaning, it is the first impression. The cashier was on a personal phone call the entire time I was waiting. She was also eating dinner, shrimp, with her fingers, definitely an ick factor when ordering. Finally the food, I ordered General Tso chicken, it was soggy and just a lump of chicken stuck together. Sad, I used to like this place but it was my last visit.
