Only giving one star cause I can’t give negative stars. The older male employee questioned my friends mobile order TWICE and said it wasn’t at this store. When shown that it was at this store he said I don’t care and walked away. Then a little 7 year old girl walked up and asked for a water cup. She was ignored. Her father walked up and also asked for the water cup. The employee said they he couldn’t step away because they were very behind on orders. After a few moments the father asked if he could just walk behind and grab one and the employee said no, and that a different employee would give him the water cup when he ad a moment. It still took about a minute after that. I understand being understaffed and having a rough day at work, but giving good customer service is free and this gentleman had no customer service to give. If TacoBell had HR service retraining this person needs it or to not have a job working in food or service

Ordered the Burrito Supreme combo. Paid additional charge for extra beef on the burrito. And asked for hot sauce packets. I had it delivered since I’m stuck at a repair shop. The Uber driver was good. Taco Bell not so good. I got a burrito that was a mess and stuck to the paper. It mainly had lots of water downed beans and definitely no extra ground beef which I paid for. The taco had hard dried cheese on it. No hot sauce packets either. I would not recommend this taco bell.

Ordered 4 veggie chalupas with black beans but they gave 4 chalupas with meat. We also orders 4 Mexican pizzas but they sucked and tasted very bad. One of the worst Taco Bell’s I have gotten food from.
