By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. I went last week with my husband and two kids, from the start our waitress was EXTREMELY rude. I like to give people a benefit of the doubt so I assumed she was having a bad day and let it go, until she gave me attitude for asking when our food was going to come out because we were waiting for probably 45+ minutes. Then our food finally came and my son found a hair in his chicken parm. I didn’t even have it in me to complain I just asked for the check and left. Completely disappointed with the customer service and the lack of cleanliness. Do better!!

This was my first experience at Fratelli’s and is now one of my favorites. Although we wore masks walking into the restaurant we were happily greeted and hostess brought us to our table. Our waiter CJ took excellent care of us. The bartender stopped by and asked how are drinks were, the food was excellent, the atmosphere excellent and the owner/chef stopped by to talk to us. I was very impressed.

If your not a regular dont bother they are in no rush! We were there about a hour and a half ,open tables all over and had to wait 15 minutes… so odd and they ask if u have reservations, honestly we did not ! But those tables remained empty for the entire time we were there ! We sat in the bar at a tiny table, food was excellent but we continued to watch people come in and wait for no reason, we got up immediately when we were done. told young brunette waitress people could sit where we were, she could care less, totally ignored us talking to her ! So odd ! Again food was very good but service is not good ! I never leave bad reviews but I have to say its deserved here ! They definitely lost customers and this is a smaller restaurant inside! We will not go back because you can tell this is how they operate on a regular basis.
