My husband and I ate lunch at Mr. Ts deli yesterday. I haven’t eaten there in years but the food was absolutely fantastic and the service was great. We didn’t know it but my husbands wallet fell under our table during lunch. Hours later when we realized (and AFTER Mr Ts was already closed) the owner was so kind to meet my husband there and let him look for his wallet. It was there and we couldn’t be more grateful! I will be putting Mr. Ts on our regular lunch rotation, as it should be! Thanks again for a great meal!

WILL NOT BE COMING BACK, WAITER DID NOT WARN THAT THE CHIPS WERE HOT THEY WERE EXTREMELY HOT AND BURNED MY LIP AND TONGUE AND HE LAUGHED YOU DONT LAUGH AT SOMEONE WHO GOT BURNED. OWNER DID NOT OFFER ANY SORT OF ANYTHING OTHER THAN A LAME APOLOGY. BEWARE THE HOMEMADE CHIPS CAN BURN YOUR MOUTH AND THEY WON’T RECTIFY THE ISSUE. WHEN I HAD A HAIR IN MY FOOD AT OTHER RESTAURANT THEY RETURN MY MONEY, HERE I GOT BURNED AND THEY JUST APOLOGIZED. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS. NOT RIGHT, DO BETTER T, DO BETTER.

I live sandwiches, good sandwiches are easy to find but great sandwiches are far and few in between. Mr. T’s turkey avocado bacon sandwich on Texas toast had me wishing I ordered a second. This place allows the customer to order various great sandwiches on different breads, allowing the customer to try their favorites on multiple choice breads. I enjoyed how light the okra was, not heavy on the grease and yet it was flavorful. I especially liked the fiesta salad. I am not big on cabbage but the light flavoring had me scarf down the entire serving. If you have not tried this place I recommend it. It is in my top three favorite sandwich places in San Angelo.

I had the chopped brisket sandwich and it was excellent. Their homemade potato chips are the best I’ve had. My ONE gripe would be that they put the pickle spear with the chips, it makes some of them *moist*. Leave it off or separate it. This is NOT enough to lower my rating, though.
