The ice cream machine was working! Our evening was saved (see my review of the McD’s across the street). All we had was the ice cream and a Hershey’s pie, which was yummy. Our server did not really seem to want to be helping us, or to be there in general. No smiles, greetings, or well wishes. But the ice cream machine was working!

The service was awful. My husband and I ordered 2 meals last night. We pulled up to the window and the girl handed our drinks out without straws. We then waited for our food. She handed the bag out of the window and then disappeared. She only put 1 straw in the bag. We waited for her to come back to the window. We honked the horn and she didn’t come back. Finally she came back to the window but ignored us. We honked the horn again. She finally came to ask us what we needed. When we asked for another straw she rolled her eyes. I don’t know what her name is because she didn’t have a name tag on. When we got back with our food which both fries were thrown into the bag, the fries were cold, stale, and unsalted. This is absolutely uncalled for.

This place has apparently changed employees and they are horrible. The tall girl and red head are rude. 2 different times of bad experiences. First one they told me they don’t do drive thru mobile order and that I have to come in, and then when I tell them that’s not true they say I don’t know what to tell you. Then proceed to tell me they “can’t find my order” then after saying the name to them in the store for the 5th time and getting upset they eventually “find it”. Tonight I go back again and they make me pull up for my order and come out and said it’s all in there. The bag has the seal broke. Go in there and tell them my chicken sandwich is missing and it’s sitting out there in the open the whole time, a man who is more nice than they were grabs it looks here direction and says “see” These women who have been working there have just lost my business at that store until they change staff. Which is infuriating because that’s our local go to place. I just want to know where is the manager when all this is going on? This is the Government St one right beside Washington Avenue.

Run of the mill bk, inconsistent service and food but when it is good it’s worth it. I did have a particular experience where I purchased two burgers and both came with tomatoes that were white and green and rock solid.

Went through drive through around 11:15. Person at drive through window was incredibly rude and asked my father in law if “he was okay” because he “didn’t appreciate him snatching the receipt”. Not sure what the guys issue was, but it left the whole car confused as my FIL didn’t do anything besides exchange money with the drive through attendant.
