The staff at this particular location are really great, especially Madeline! I ordered a jalapeño burger with extra jalapeños and it did not disappoint! The famous term is three strikes you’re out I gave this restaurant fours attempts and each time they messed up. Either my chicken tenders were never cooked to completion and we’re still rubbery. Or the fries were cold or left from hours ago nothing is ever fresh. But your lines are long as hell to insinuate that you’re cooking everything to order which to me isn’t the case if my food is coming out wrong every single time. I have completely given up on this location, your management needs work. You shouldn’t celebrate 15 minute wait times that’s not killing it. FYI that’s completely unacceptable. In the food industry.!

Ordered a jalapeño burger and it was absolutely amazing, the person who made it had outstanding attention to detail, the burger looked just like the menu and tasted even better. Madeline was her name, definitely management material, she should be teaching people how to build and present food to customers

The dining room was open and they tried making go through the long drive through. Didn’t answer any questions to help me determine if the order rwas ready or atleast worth the way so I cancelled and left. Tried calling the store and they hang up before the customer can say anything. Ghetto
