The food is a 3.5 star. The service is a 3-star. I don’t care for broccoli, so I asked if I could switch it for a different green veggie or any veggie. They could choose so that the cost for them would be even. Nope, must have broccoli or I can pay 30% more for a build-your-own just to have a different anything in its place. My friend and I looked at each other and agreed to not support this establishment anymore. There’s too many other places with better food and better service to deal with that foolishness.

I ordered a small steak bowl, they were out of white rice so I settled for noodles.. the food was so salty I couldn’t even eat it. I hate that I drove all the way home before knowing that I paid for a bowl of heavy salt that made the meal uneatable. My spouse ordered a large seafood bowl with brown rice I think his meal was better and not over salted… Food cost too much to waste the bowl was not filled up either.

This is a take out type of place. Don’t listen to people who are talking about a lack of seating. It’s not exactly a restaurant. That’s why it has the word express in the name… Anyways, I’ve been here multiple times and the food is always incredible. Never an issue with staff. I’ve gotten the steak and shrimp bowl nearly every time as well as making my own custom bowl and with a little of their yum yum sauce it’s a combination that is absolutely delicious. I will continue coming back here for the foreseeable future. Glad to have this place close by.

I was there on the 9th of December 2022 and I forgot to leave a review. The atmosphere was great! I loved that everything was fresh and you could see your food being prepared from start to finish. The food was great, the portions were large, and the prices weren’t bad for fresh cooked food. Kind of hate I hadn’t tried this place before, having stopped at the Truck Stop near by plenty of times. But I will be for now on! LOL!

Have eaten there multiple times. Little expensive. However, this visit was terrible. Ordered teriyaki chicken bowl, there was no sauce on meat or veggies. No flavor! the yum-yum and teriyaki sauce that they send with you were watered down and so disappointing. Not sure if we will ever eat there again.

Good, fresh, somewhat healthy food prepared right in front of you. A medium is a lot but I didn’t get a starch. With a starch you can easily fill up 2 people ! $16.52 for a medium bowl and an order of dumplings

Was very disappointed today they didn’t have steak marinated at 12:45pm and my wife and I both got noodles and both bowls of noodles wasn’t what is usually in one bowl. The last time we were there they didn’t even have noodles ready to be served. This use to be one of our go too restaurants but not any more because there is never a responsible adult there just young kids that want to get ugly when asked a question.
