I’m beginning to be impressed. I spoke with the owner, and he actually pretended to care. He might have actually cared, but pretending is more than enough for me. There was a new cashier up front who was friendly and competent. I’m very thankful for this. I ordered the rotisserie chicken bites. What I’m about to say is unbelievable but absolutely true. They’re amazing!!! Blizzards aren’t the only exceptional products that Dairy Queen makes. I’m thrilled that I gave them another chance, and I’d highly recommend you try them.

I ordered $45 worth of dq on DoorDash. I only received two drinks and they were the wrong sizes. The dasher said that they wouldn’t give them the order and they waited 20 minutes just for the drinks. Can’t even get a hold of the store over the phone to go pick up the order myself, so I guess I’ll just do a chargeback ♀️

Wish I caught her name, but the girl who helped us today was great. Friendly and accommodating. I bought an ice cream cake and asked if she could write on it. I just said that it’s my birthday and I don’t care what it says. Then as she walked off, I added “can you draw a kitty cat? It’s okay if it’s bad”

This is what we got from Dairy Queen tonight. I am very disappointed. We had just opened the box of chicken and fries. I was mixing the ranch in my salad. It had a pepper taste. The gravy was just opened. The menu board said the salad said $5.79 and we was charged $7.39. I think that they need to fix their menu. False advertising. We was not HAPPY at ALL!!!! It will be a long time before we go back.
