What a treasure. Fresh, homemade, delicious Italian (and Mediterranean) fare served in to go containers (takeout or dine in). As the name suggests, Maria makes her own pasta, and tops it with delicious traditional sauces. The salads are also really tasty. We travel this route from DC to upstate NY every summer, and Maria’s will now be a standard stop.

My wife and I were staying up the hill at a local hotel while passing through and decided to go for a walk with our infant daughter. Living in New Jersey, we typically don’t eat Italian on the road but so glad we stopped in. Everything was fresh, made in house and the owner and staff couldn’t have been nicer. I actually went the pierogi route which was a delicious fusion dish. Saved this spot on my maps app so I remember to stop again next time I pass through on 80.

I am in the area on vacation at a lake house. I thought about passing this place up, let me just say if you have that same thought about passing it up do not. Me and friend decided to just stop and give it a try anyways. It’s was soo gooooood. I was truly blown away, not only by the portion size, and the service, but also the quality. The food is amazing, my aunt owns a house in the area. Will definitely be recommending this place. I even met the Owner Maria while there. Very nice and respectful! Can’t thank you guys enough for an amazing meal! ( picture is chicken Alfredo and a side of their homemade potato chips.)

The portions were very big for the price and everything tasted delicious! There was so many raviolis, way more than expected! We got takeout and the worker even brought the food to the car because it wasn’t done when we went to the window.

Fresh everything! We stopped here on a road trip because we could not handle anymore. Fast food, what a wonderful find! The salads are clearly handmade every morning. The pasta is obviously fresh. The service is exceptionally friendly. The only problem is we live five hours away! Wonderful restaurant, great food.

Excellent food. I have eaten both the meat ravioli and the shrimp scampi and both were delicious. The homemade chips were a pleasant surprise. The service was very friendly and helpful.

Small 4 table dinning room but the food is fantastic. Making fresh pasta in what used to be a Rita’s is amazing. Fettuccine Alfredo was out of bounds and the Schnitzel Cuban sandwich is one of the best Cubans I have ever tasted. That’s from someone who lived in South Florida for a while.

If you go for the food you will NOT be disappointed! Delicious, fresh and hot! Some may think a bit pricey. BUT this food does not come in a chain delivery truck! When I asked Maria if the cheesecake was homemade she said, EVERYTHING is homemade. Tasting is believing! Shrimp Scampi, Fettuccini Alfredo, Tiramisu, Turtle cheesecake!
