We were looking for a place close to the cemetery where we laid my father to rest, for the family to dine together. We were very pleased that they were able to book the upstairs banquet room for us. Be sure to keep Within the suggested guest limit because we maxed it out at around 25 because we put all the tables together.

This was our first time to visit. It was very busy for a Thursday night, and we had a short wait. The husband always gets beef enchiladas, and he said they were very good. I got the tostada plate. Queso was great and so was the guacamole. Salsa was also really good, and you get a generous basket of tortilla chips. Service was attentive. Love that they saved the old house. We will definitely make a return visit.

This is my local favorite for atmosphere. The business owner(s) renovated a local historic home that had been vacant for years and was sliding into ruin. Now the home has been brought to life through a well-planned restoration. The food and service is also quite good. My personal favorite is the brisket tacos. A friend ordered the queso covered beef chimichanga and it was also great. Prices are moderate.

As a retired Chef and being in the business for years. I can say that everything was great. Service stayed right on top of table touches and the food was hot and very well cooked. Not sure if it was the manager or the owner who greeted our lunch group. Their posture and work ethic showed the whole time. I highly recommend that this is a good place to be when you’re a foodie. Good job!!

First time visiting Hacienda Del Centro and was very pleased with the whole experience. We were quickly seated and our server provided us exceptional service. He was very kind, informative and attentive! Thanks. The food was delicious. I had the #1 the enchiladas were good the homemade Tamale was the star of the plate. My wife had the Taco Salad with chicken and she said it was fantastic. The guacamole is outstanding. Prices were very reasonable and the atmosphere was old fashioned retro, clean and well kept. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be a new regular customer!

We ate at Hacienda Del Centro and had a very good experience. This restaurant moved from just down Main Street in Rowlett after renovating an old house with a wrap around porch that used to be an old title company on the corner of Main Street and Rowlett Road. That did a very nice job restoring this building as the atmosphere was very nice. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The Trx-Mex Food was very good and fresh as well and prepared very mildly in the spiceness level. We paid just under $15 for our Chimichanga dinner. We will definitely be returning in the future to Hacienda Del Centro.

The food is good. But the frozen Margaritas a AMAZING!!! I ordered 2 with mixed flavors. The first one I had was mango/strawberry and the second one was peach/watermelon. The service is very good. All the staff are friendly and attentive. It’s a cute house turned into a restaurant. The setting is very laid back and relaxed.
