Usually a great spot but as of late it has been downhill. We are regulars to this place and we always order the same thing. I was shocked to see that they took over 50 minutes to get to our order. We even saw people who came in after us get served. Never again. I can’t even post pictures of our food because we left after that long wait. Unacceptable.

I had ordered French toast and pan cakes. The pan cakes are very tasty. French toast are moderate. As it’s a very famous place, please expect delay in receiving your order. The interiors are good and makes you feel good and positive. The servers are good. The price is the best!

Alexandra’s Bistro has been my favorite go-to spot for breakfast and lunch on the south side of Bethlehem for years. The food and service are EXCELLENT. I love my coffee with my eggs and toast and the servers do a great job keeping my cup filled. They serve a chicken breast sandwich with tzatziki sauce which is so delicious. Alexandra is such a sweet and kind lady and her wonderful attitude shines throughout every aspect of this terrific diner.
